The ability to pass and catch on the run is always overlooked. Here we have ”Chaos Passing” drill that helps improve eye/hand coordination and the ability to function on the move without turnovers.💪🏾🏀

We call this drill “Kansas Keep away”, you can’t dribble the ball. The object is to get 50 completed passes to win, a back door layup is plus 5. This drill works on multiple things: getting open, protecting the ball, creating space, moving without the ball, being in the gap one pass away, great ball pressure, amongst other things.
